An old friend of mine, Brad from back in Oshkosh, Wis., told me to tune into the Food Network this Sunday night for Iron Chef America.
Brad was an interesting guy to say the least.
It turns out he’s spent the last seven years or so honing his culinary craft somewhere in Manhattan.
So while I hold the fort down in Jamestown, Brad’s making meals I could only dream about.
It also appears he’s going to be featured on national television for it.
